FrictionIQ is a Shopify app that syncs selected commerce feedback records, classifies issue themes, and generates merchant-facing reports.
Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate installation and billing information.
- Ensure your use of the app is lawful and consistent with your merchant obligations.
- Review generated classifications and reports before acting on them operationally.
- Maintain any required privacy notices for your own customers.
Data processing
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may perform maintenance or deploy operational changes when needed.
AI-generated output
Classifications, summaries, and recommendations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing output before using it in customer, operational, or commercial decisions.
Termination
Merchants may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, billing, abuse prevention, or legal compliance reasons.
